III Masterclass de Corte de Jamón

El jueves 12 hemos inaugurado las celebraciones navideñas con la III Masterclass de Corte de Jamón. Ignacio García, Director de Addvet, ofreció una amena charla introductoria acerca de las verdades y mentiras que giran en torno al mundo del cerdo, mientras un maestro cortador hacía lo propio. Tuvimos la suerte de recibir a muchos amigos que nos acompañaron en este delicioso evento.

Agradecemos la asistencia a todos los invitados que pudieron acercarse y esperamos que el próximo año puedan venir muchos más.
